A few things to know before you round up the crew.
How much does it cost?
Our tiered pricing offers group discounts based on the number of players per room.
Pricing starts at $60 per person for groups of 2 and can go as low as $35 per person for groups of 5+ per room. There is also a 4% processing fee but no sales tax.

What if I don't know exactly how many people will come?
That's okay! Book only for the number of players you know will attend.
Additional players can be added and paid for at the door, as long as there is room in your games. When you arrive, we'll update your headcount and apply the appropriate group rate.
Because unused tickets are non-refundable, please don't book for people who haven't confirmed yet.
How many players can you accommodate?
Our Los Alamitos location has 4 different escape rooms, allowing us to accommodate large groups across multiple games.
For larger events of 35+ players, please contact us so we can help coordinate your reservation.
Can we bring more players than a room's listed maximum?
Our recommended maximums are based on the size of each room and the number of puzzles in the experience.
For the best experience, we recommend splitting larger parties between multiple escape rooms.
If you don't mind things feeling a little cozy, contact us and we'll let you know what options may be available.
How do waivers work?
A waiver link is included in your reservation confirmation email, so everyone can take care of it ahead of time.
Didn't get to it? No worries! You can also scan the QR code when you arrive and complete it at check-in.
Guests age 18+ must sign their own waiver. One adult may sign on behalf of the minors in the group.
Are your games appropriate for kids?
Yes! Our games are Rated PG and we host kids, families, birthday parties and youth groups all the time.
Some rooms may have dim lighting, music, sound effects or other atmospheric elements, but our games are not designed to be scary.
Do adults have to go into the room with the kids?
Nope! Our Game Masters can see and hear the group throughout the entire experience and will make sure the kids have a blast!
Adults are welcome to join the kids, but anyone who enters the escape room and is on their feet needs their own ticket, regardless of their level of participation. The only exception is for babies who are in carriers or strollers, which are free.
Do you have a party room or place to celebrate?
We don't currently have an on-site party or celebration space, but there are several great options nearby!
Katella Deli & Bakery is right in our parking lot. Other nearby options include Little Cottonwood Park, Laurel Park and Red Robin.
