We offer tiered pricing based on the number of players in your room. Try changing the number of players during checkout to see exactly what your per-person price will be.

Please book only for the number of players who are SURE to attend.

Anyone who is on the fence or decides at the last minute can be added and paid for at the door.

When you arrive, we’ll update your headcount and apply the appropriate group rate.

Because unused tickets are non-refundable, please don’t book for people who haven’t confirmed yet.

Yep. It’s the only thing that stops us from watching The Office and lets us know you’re coming.

Same-day reservations are welcome whenever we have availability.

Escape rooms are non-refundable private live events. We do not offer refunds on tickets or reschedule games.

You will receive whatever time remains of your scheduled one-hour experience when you arrive.

For example, if you arrive 15 minutes late, you will have approximately 45 minutes remaining to complete your game.

Because we operate on fixed time slots and other groups can book as close as 15 minutes before their game, we cannot extend your experience beyond its scheduled end time because of a late arrival.

We ask all guests to arrive 15 minutes early so you get your full experience. Thank you for understanding!

Absolutely! Our games are great for all ages, and our Game Masters can adjust the experience based on the age and experience level of your group.

Younger kids may need some help with the puzzles, but there is still plenty for them to search for, discover and enjoy.

No. Everyone who enters the escape room and is on their feet needs their own ticket, regardless of their age or how much they plan to participate.

This includes children, parents, guardians and guests who plan to simply watch.

The only exception is little ones who remain restrained in a stroller or infant carrier for the duration of the game. They may accompany your group free of charge.

Easy rule: Feet on the ground = ticket required!

Nope! Our Game Masters can see and hear the group throughout the entire experience.

If you want to join them inside, you’re absolutely welcome to — you’ll just need your own ticket.

We do not have a separate viewing area where parents or guardians can watch the game.

If you would like to observe from inside the escape room, you are welcome to join your group, but you will need your own ticket.

Not a chance. Unless you consider someone in your own group to be strange.

Our escape rooms are private, so the only people in the room are the people you bring with you.

We host groups of young children every day! Our escape rooms are not designed to be a scary experience.

That being said, neither is Nicolas Cage’s hair... so if you’re really concerned, give us a call and we’ll give you more insight.

The Strange Thing, Home All Alone, and The Nightmare Before You Escape Christmas are wheelchair accessible.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get ready for your adventure.

Nope! You do NOT need to know anything about the TV shows or films that inspired our games.

Our escape rooms are custom experiences that capture the vibe of familiar movies and shows while featuring their own unique sets, stories and puzzles.

Everything you need to complete your mission will be inside the room!

Absolutely! Our Los Alamitos location has 4 different escape rooms, allowing us to accommodate larger groups across multiple games.

For larger events of 35+ players, please contact us so we can help coordinate your games and reservation.

Our tiered pricing offers group discounts based on the number of players per room.

Pricing starts at $60 per person for groups of 2 and can go as low as $35 per person for groups of 5+ per room.

Our recommended maximums are based on the size of each room and the number of puzzles in the experience.

For the best experience, we recommend splitting larger groups into multiple escape rooms.

If you don’t mind things feeling a little cozy, contact us and we can let you know what options may be available.

A link to your waiver will be included in your reservation confirmation email, so your group can complete it ahead of time.

Didn’t get to it beforehand? No worries! A QR code is also available when you arrive so waivers can be completed at check-in.

Guests age 18+ must sign their own waiver. One adult may sign on behalf of the minors in the group.

We do not currently have an on-site party or celebration space, but there are several nearby places where you can keep the party going!

Nearby options include Katella Deli & Bakery in our parking lot, Little Cottonwood Park, Laurel Park, and Red Robin.
