Below you will find answers to our most frequently asked questions, (really, we’ve heard them all).
But maybe you don’t like reading or you’re not tech savvy, or you’re just part of the .00029% of the worlds sick population that still enjoys making phone calls… in that case please click the “ANNOY US” button to find our contact information. 

It’s way cheaper than you think. Unless you’re thinking $30-$40 per person, in which case it’s exactly what you think. We offer tiered pricing (dependent on how many players you bring with you). Try changing the number of players during checkout to see what you will pay for your group.

What if I’m not sure how many I will have in my group?

Please only book for the number of players that are SURE to attend. Anybody who is on the fence or decides at the last minute be added and paid for at the door.
This is a non-refundable live event, we do not offer refunds on tickets or reschedule games.

Do I have to have a reservation?

Yep. It’s the only thing that stops us from watching The Office to let us know you’re coming.
You can make reservations same-day by clicking “Book Now” at the top of this screen. 

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?

Can children participate?

Absolutely! Our games are great for all ages and we will customize the experience to the age group participating.
Parents! Please understand that if your child is old enough to run around, they’re old enough to break our stuff!
Therefore all humans who enter will require their own ticket. 
*However you are welcome to bring your stroller and strap-on babies for free.*

Are the Escape Rooms SCARY?

We do groups of young kids every day! Our Escape Rooms are not designed to be a scary experience. That being said, neither is Nicholas Cage’s hair… if you’re really concerned give us a call and we will get you more insight. (on the games, not Nic Cage’s hair.)  

Will I have to play with Strangers?

Not a chance. Unless you consider someone in your group to be strange. (The only people in the room are the ones you’ve brought with you.)

Are the games physically strenuous/accessible?

Not even a little! We are more like CrossSit.
In addition, The Ark of the Covenant and A Strange Thing are fully wheelchair accessible Escape Rooms!

How much time do we have in the Escape Room?

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to make up for your inevitable tardiness. We will do a quick orientation and then you will have 1 HOUR to complete your mission in the room!
